Reports can be emailed to you as the logged in user or to students. When emailing reports to students, they only see their information. Students must have email addresses entered into the system in order to email them reports. You could also substitute a parent email address for the student email address to be able to email reports right to parents.
To email reports
To email reports to yourself (the logged in user):
Click the email envelope next to a report, or select reports and then click Email Me in the Menu on the left.
Click the OK button to send the report(s).
To email reports to students:
Click Email Students in the left Menu.
Choose the report to email: Student Grade Report, Students Statistics Report, Student Test Report.
Choose the Recipients from the list. Note that if a student has an email address in the system, it is listed next to the student's name. Only students with email addresses can be selected.
Click the Send button. The selected students receive only his/her own report via email (students do not see any other student's information).
